This dynamic position involves engaging in all stages of project acquisition—from RFQ and RFP processes to project execution—ensuring our telecom construction solutions meet the evolving needs of the industry. You’ll harness your extensive telecom sector experience and established key relationships to deliver compelling presentations, design targeted proposals, and negotiate high-value contracts.At Driftwood, you will not only contribute to shaping our sales and marketing strategies but also drive our long-term success by exceeding revenue targets through innovative business development initiatives.   • Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative approach to address and solve client challenges with customized solutions.
  • Dynamic Presentations: Craft and deliver presentations that underscore the unique advantages of our telecom solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends to identify and leverage emerging business opportunities.
  • Sales and Marketing Innovation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives tailored for Western Canada.
  • Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and manage contracts to broaden business scope and revenue.
  • Achieve Financial Goals: Consistently meet or surpass quarterly and annual financial targets.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 15 years in B2B sales within the telecom sector, evidenced by a history of business expansion.
  • Professional Connections: Established relationships with key industry decision-makers essential.
  • Operational Agility: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Leadership: Autonomous, driven leader with an in-depth understanding of FTTX and HFC Engineering, Network Design, Fibre Services, etc.
  • Educational Background: University degree in Business or Engineering; a master’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
