Job Type: Full-time, contractOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join their dynamic. In this role, you will analyze business processes within a government-regulated environment, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. If you are passionate about driving improvements in a complex industry, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:– Develop and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into business performance and trends
– Utilize advanced features of Power BI, Power Pivot to create interactive visualizations and custom data models
– Integrate the property transactions data from various sources, transforming and cleaning it to ensure high-quality
– Prepare technical user guides and business process documentation for the project lifecycle
– Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including full budgeting, modeling, forecasting, and accruals management, to support strategic decision-making and budgetary control
– Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis for executive leadership and other stakeholders
– Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate risks and recommend solutions to improve processes and procedures
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvementsRequirements:– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
– At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, emphasizing data mapping, validation, visualization, modeling, and financial analysis
– Expertise in Power BI and other data visualization tools, with a demonstrated history of designing and implementing complex dashboards and reports
– Strong grasp of financial principles and practices, including full cost budgeting, forecasting, and accrual management
