Job Description: Position Title: Business Analyst
Start Date: ASAP Term: One Year – Preference for a candidate in Victoria or Vancouver lower mainlandOVERVIEW/REQUIRED SKILLS We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on the IT Service Management Project. The project’s primary objective is to replace the current IT Service Management (ITSM) tool with an Enterprise Service Management Tool. The project is currently in the pre-implementation phase.

• Enterprise Service Management delivery experience is a MUST

• High level of self-motivation and initiative;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
