You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to driver adoption and minimize resistance to change. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage stakeholders’ expectations, and understand organizational culture will be critical in achieving successful outcomes. The focus of this role will be placed on actively participating in and providing guidance to high impact change initiatives along with overall tracking of all changes ongoing and upcoming in the Claims operation. The role also requires collaboration with various levels of leadership, to provide support and recommendations regarding prioritization and sustainability of changes made in the operation. Emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset will be essential for working through the complexities of change and fostering trust with stakeholders at all levels.Here are a few ways you will make a difference:Participate in the establishment of a change management framework to be used to support and track all changes in the Claims operationConsult and provide change management and change leadership expertise to various levels of stakeholders across a variety of Claims focused initiativesProviding coaching and feedback to teams and leaders regarding best practices to enable effective change within their teamsBuild content, structure and facilitate necessary Change management and change leadership training for various levels of the organization including senior managementEnsure the evolution of change management tools, training curriculum and governance and ensure coordination with various stakeholdersMonitor & measure the capacity for change to update Sr. Management with any trends, risks or issues that may be presentSupport the post implementation process by measuring effectiveness of change management/ change leadership competencies and adoption; provide regular reporting to various levels of stakeholdersAsist in building sustainment/reinforcement activities and documenting best practices and lessons learnedReinforce the change leadership culture of celebrating success and ensuring the proper recognition of contributions madeWhat you bring to the table:3+ years of relevant experience in change managementStrong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter) – Change management certification is an assetBachelor / Master’s in Business Administration, Human Resources or another relevant discipline, or combination of education and applied experience will be consideredInsurance experience is an assetApplied experience with medium to large scale initiatives or transformations (e.g. technology implementations, organizational restructuring)Intermediate to Advanced level experience with Microsoft office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with a high level of emotional intelligenceAbility to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguityAbility to facilitate, articulate and present information clearly and concisely, adapting to expectations of the audienceCurious and proactive in nature; likes to dive deep into complex problems and conceptsPositive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levelsSupport and mentor other business advisors as requiredNo Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you’ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
