Job Description: Emballages Mach 1 is looking for a book keeper.Description of work:
– Book keeping
– Reception of telephone calls.
– Monitoring of customer accounts.
– Knowledge of SAGE accounting software
– Assist the president in his administrative tasks.
– Other general office tasks.Skills sought:
– Autonomous, organized and precise.
– Professional and efficient in monitoring customer accounts.
– Training or relevant experience in secretarial work is an asset.
– Bilingual spoken and written.The position is open to candidates who have experience or a good aptitude for customer service. Our equipment is shipped across Canada and the United States, so oral and written bilingualism is an important requirement.We are looking for a candidate interested in a full time day job and long term within our growing company. The offered salary is between $ 20.00 and $ 25.00 per hour depending on your experience.We are a manufacturer of packaging machines for several industries in North America.
