As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying current and future top talent from schools across Canada. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, act as a strong brand ambassador, and contribute to innovative processes. You will help to optimize our student and new graduate recruitment programs at Intact.Location: Toronto or MontrealFor candidates in Toronto : bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory considering the necessity to support Talent Acquisition Consultants from Quebec with French-speaking clients on a regular basisWhat you’ll do here:Support Talent Acquisition Consultants through all the recruitment process for studentProviding a top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboardingHelp build and foster strong relationships with our internal business partners across the organizationAssist in planning and executing internal and external campus activities and eventsContribute significantly to fostering a dynamic internal student community within IntactSupport the delivery of presentations and workshops to promote our brandHelp create new partnerships with schools and student associations across CanadaRepresent and promote Intact at campus events and career fairs, with the possibility of occasional travel to events (on weekends and evenings, as required)You will succeed because:You have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detailYou are eager to learn and continuously develop your skillsYou are solution oriented and bring creative ideas to the tableYou have strong verbal and written communication skillsYou have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, changing environmentYou are a proven team playerWhat you’ll bring to the table:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, or another relevant fieldAvailable to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter 2025 Term (January to April)Must be returning to school in Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 following your internshipExperience working with clubs or associations on campus is considered an assetAny previous internship experience in campus recruitment or human resources would be an assetAny previous experience with Workday as a ATS and HRIS systems would be an assetFor candidates in Toronto, bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with French-speaking clients and colleagues across the countryFor candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the countryYour career starts here.
