This position is ideal for someone who is willing to step out of their comfort zone, act as a strong brand ambassador, and challenge the status quo to develop innovative processes. You will be responsible for implementing effective strategies to optimize our student and new graduate recruitment programs at Intact.What you’ll do here:Develop and implement proactive talent attraction strategies, challenging conventional methodsManage the full cycle student selection process from initial candidate contact to offerBuild and foster strong relationships with our internal business partners across the organization to understand their needs and ensure alignment on all recruitment effortsProvide a top tier candidate experience from first contact, through onboarding to a series of internal engagement activities throughout the semesterActively plan and execute internal and external campus activities and eventsDeliver compelling presentations and facilitate engaging workshops to promote our opportunities and brandStrengthen partnerships with schools and student associations across CanadaRepresent and promote Intact at campus events and career fairs, which may require willingness to travel to events (on weekends and evenings, as required)Monitor and gather metrics required to continuously improve processes, progress towards meeting operational targets, KPIs, and SLAsYou will succeed because:You are solution oriented and bring creative ideas to the tableYou have the ability to advise, influence, and build business relationshipsYou have strong verbal and written communication skillsYou have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, changing environmentYou are a proven team player and work collaboratively with key stakeholdersWhat you’ll bring to the table:University degree in Human Resources, or another relevant field or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the roleProven experience in Campus Recruitment or a related industryExperience with Workday as a ATS and HRIS systems would be an assetBilingualism in English and French is required.
