Job Description: Job Description:We are seeking a full time Bilingual Night Control Guard to join our team. In this role you will monitor multiple video feeds in real-time to detect and identify any suspicious or unusual activity. Act quickly upon identifying any suspicious activity by following site-specific instructions. Dispatch resources and complete detailed incident reports.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at the client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Operate security systems, CCTV, and security-related network systems.
• Remote patrols using CCTV cameras.
• Conduct investigations and review CCTV footage when assigned.
• Monitor CCTV cameras for functionality and monitor activity on cameras across the site.
• Generate comprehensive reports on incidents and surveillance activities
• Communicate incident details and status updates via email and/or phone calls.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a Valid Ontario Security guard license.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Eligibility to obtain a security reliability status.
• Strong general computer skills, and security report writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of trustworthiness.
• Ability to remain focused and alert during long shifts.
• Availability to work night shift Wednesday 2359h-0600h, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 1800h-0600h.
