Job Description: Manpower is seeking a Bilingual (French & English) Background Screening Analyst for a Bank in Toronto!What’s in it for you?

• $29 hourly
• Day shift : Monday to Friday 9-5
• Paid training
• Full time hours 37.5 hour per week
• Hybrid mode in office 1-2 days per week
• Temporary mandate of 12 Months (possibility of extension)

What will you be doing?

• Conduct a series of internal checks for Employee hires
• Investigative and analyze the quality, relevance and validity of information gathered to formulate conclusions and assess risk to the Bank
• Provide robust recommendations when denying candidates for employment
• Meeting required SLAs for file completion
