Monday-Friday work week – shift would fall between 8am and 6pm

What you’ll do here:
Provide both level 1 and 2 support to customers by phone and email
30+ calls per day, and 25+ emails per day
Support customers with the customer satisfaction index and resolve potential issues uncovered
Work with dealers and internal staff to support any and all inquiries
Help identify patterns of customer problems, develop possible solutions, and alert the relevant stakeholders of emerging issues
Suggest ways to improve the customer experienceQualifications
What will make you successful:
Fluently Bilingual (spoken and written) in French and English
2+ years of wholesale or retail experience within the automotive industry
3-5 years of call centre/customer service experience
automotive technician background is an assetSummary
