Job Description: *Hybrid Contract Opportunity*Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their BI Consultant position! This is an 6+ month contract opportunity for hybrid work environment of 3 days per week in their Edmonton or Calgary office. This role will be a T4 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop strong relationships with IT and third-party vendors.
• Work with IT to define our BI and analytics roadmap.
• Work with key stakeholders to develop predictive models towards improving business performance.
• Identify and document data-related business requirements.
• Document Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and data sources.
• Automate KPI reporting.
• Analyze customer and operational data to identify process and performance improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Need To Have:

• 3 years of BI experience.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• SQL experience.
• Preference for Experience in electricity and/or natural gas.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology (Computing Science or MIS) or business (Bachelor of Commerce).
• Business requirements capture experience.
• Experience working with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with external partners, ideally including working with a Business Process Outsourcing vendor.
• ETL tool experience.
• Predictive modelling experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, PowerPoint and Excel in particular).
