Job Description: Who we are looking for:VML is looking for an experienced Art Director (intermediate-senior) to work alongside a talent copywriter to develop engaging creative work throughout the customer journey. • Innovate | Take ownership of briefs and demonstrate a clear understanding of client objectives. Create unique experiences across all channels.
• Craft | Develop highly effective creative concepts and provide exceptional art direction and copywriting.
• Collaborate | Build trust and respect with assigned clients and interpret their business needs. Guide clients toward fresh ideas. Partner with production teams to execute creative ideas.

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of copywriting experience in a creative/digital agency with experience leading projects.
• A portfolio showing excellent use of creative and conceptual capabilities.
• Experience effectively translating & presenting strategy to creative executions to clients.
• Skillful at crafting and presenting compelling points of view to support recommendations to clients and team members.
