Our goal in the creative department is to be a part of that conversation in meaningful ways that are completely innovative and new. We have a deep aversion to making things that already exist and to ads that feel like ads.We are looking for an experienced Art Director to help us create innovative, human and ridiculously entertaining work. In this role you will primarily work as a team with a copywriter partner, but you’ll also collaborate with designers, writers, marketers and engineers across the org. You will be responsible for all aspects of creative development and production on integrated brand campaigns and projects large and small, and you will be leading creative voice in some of our biggest brand moments.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Be a highly conceptual thinker with strong design and storytelling skills.
  • Develop big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production.
  • Own large and small brand projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, often balancing multiple projects at once.
  • Be a maker-owner, but also a director-delegator, and find the right balance between those two roles for each project.
  • Provide art direction on visual design for integrated brand campaigns and projects of various scales and types – from film, social, digital, to interactive experiences.
  • Be a creative and strategic thinker who can see how creativity can solve business problems
  • Present work in a clear, passionate and dynamic way, championing the creative and vision to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with outside production partners when necessary.

Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director (some agency experience preferred, but not necessary).
  • Extensive experience with integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development and delivery
  • Strong design skills
  • Production experience across all platforms – film, digital, social, and printed
  • Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and able to be a hands-on creative delivering comps, layouts, and assets across all media types as well as give direction to studio designers where applicable
  • A truly collaborative creative approach.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
