L’analyste des incitatifs à la R-D est chargé de veiller à ce qu’Ericsson tire pleinement parti de tous les programmes gouvernementaux d’encouragement à la R-D, en commençant, mais sans s’y limiter, par les crédits d’impôt pour la recherche scientifique et le développement expérimental (RS&) (au Canada et aux États-Unis).Tu le feras

• Évaluer les projets de R-D d’Ericsson pour établir l’admissibilité d’un point de vue technologique
• Contribuer à l’élaboration et au dépôt des demandes : RS& (Canada), commerce électronique (CQ) et C-D pour la R-D (É.-É.-É.), Subventions (Canada)
• Favoriser le changement et l’amélioration – identifie et met en œuvre des améliorations des processus
• Se tenir au courant des technologies émergentes
• Se tenir au courant des enjeux commerciaux, politiques et économiques locaux et nationaux
• Soutenir diverses initiatives de subventions au sein d’Ericsson Canada
• Participer à l’établissement de la stratégie globale de réclamation et de défense, en utilisant une variété d’approches (technologiques, fiscales, juridiques, politiques, comptables…)
• Participer à la détermination du niveau de risque acceptable pour Ericsson, au-delà duquel ne pas réclamer, ce qui implique de s’assurer que les lois et règlements sont respectés et que la réputation d’Ericsson est à tout moment protégée
• Analyser d’autres possibilités de financement pour Ericsson : subventions gouvernementales pour les dépenses en capital, formation du personnel de R&D, crédits d’impôt pour les contrats et chaires universitaires, etc
• Développer une relation fructueuse et ouverte avec l’ARC/ARQ et IQ à l’échelle locale et nationale
• Participer aux stratégies de communication au sein d’Ericsson afin d’assurer la meilleure utilisation de l’ITC pour attirer de nouveaux mandats de R-D à Ericsson Canada ou protéger les mandats existants

Vous aurez

• Baccalauréat en génie, sciences, informatiques ou l’équivalent.
• Les compétences financières, un atout
• L’expérience directe en recherche et développement est un atout important
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale combinées à une curiosité intellectuelle et à des capacités créatives de résolution de problèmes.
• Vaste connaissance des technologies actuelles des réseaux mobiles
• Expérience antérieure du programme de crédit d’impôt pour la RS&DE un actif
• Compétences linguistiques : Parler couramment le français et l’anglais

The R&D Incentives Analyst is responsible for ensuring that Ericsson takes full advantage of all governmental R&D incentive programs, starting with, but not limited to, the tax credits for Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) (in Canada and the US).You will

• Assess Ericsson’s R&D projects to establish eligibility from a technology perspective
• Contribute to the elaboration and filing of claims: SR&ED (Canada), eBusiness (QC) and R&D tax credit (US), Grants (Canada)
• Drive Change and Improvement – identifies and implements process improvements
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies
• Keep up to date with local and national business, political and economic issues
• Support various grants initiatives within Ericsson Canada
• Participate in the establishment of the overall claim and defense strategy, using a variety of approaches (technological, fiscal, legal, political, accounting…)
• Participate in the determination of the acceptable risk level for Ericsson, beyond which not to claim, which implies ensuring that laws and regulations are respected, and Ericsson’s reputation is at all time protected
• Analyze alternate funding opportunities for Ericsson: government subsidies for capital expenditure, training to R&D personnel, tax credits for university contracts and chairs, etc
• Develop a successful and open relationship with CRA/ARQ and IQ both at the local and national level
• Participate in communication strategies within Ericsson to ensure the best usage of ITC in attracting new R&D mandates to Ericsson Canada or protecting existing ones

You will have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• Financial skills an asset
• Direct Experience in Research and Development a strong asset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Broad knowledge of current mobile network technologies
• Prior experience with the SR&ED tax credit program an asset
• Language skills: Fluent in both French & English
