Products include Structured Notes, MLGICs, QIS strategies and alternatives. The successful candidate will be focused on supporting the origination and administration of our products and tasks will include pricing various derivative-based structures with cross asset exposure, data analysis, market research, process automation and operations. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How You’ll SucceedIdea generation – Pro-actively generating derivative product ideas that are value-add to our client-base. Perform various analysis in support of new product development and analytical tasks such as big data management.Process automation – Assist in process automation and implementation of new controls to reduce operational risks and decrease inefficiencies using programming and/or other analytical tools.Client requests – Quickly and efficiently respond to pricing requests from sales staff and clientsDocumentation – Assisting the Advisory Group with documentation origination and management of the documentation processStructured products – Tracking noteworthy structured products released domestically and internationally. Assist in maintaining and updating our website ( )Product knowledge – On your own initiative, develop product knowledge through directed or self-directed study. Be prepared to cross train when the appropriate time arises, as suggested by management. Share any developed skills, knowledge, ideas with management and other members of Global Markets. Attend learning sessions held by the Trading Room as required.Who You AreYou can demonstrate completion of an Undergraduate University degree in a relevant fieldYou possess excellent quantitative skills as well as knowledge of Derivatives. Able to very quickly acquire knowledge, to demonstrate competence and to add value to the maintenance of internal processes and client relationshipsYou know that details matter. Proven ability to pay close attention to detailYou possess knowledge of the brokerage industry, wealth management, structured products, derivatives, and financial markets is a plusYou can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and presentation skills along with advanced oral and written communication skillsYou possess excellent analytical and conceptual skillsYou are proficient in efficiently organizing to respond to shifting priorities on simultaneous projectsYou are technically savvy. Excellent working knowledge of PC applications (Excel, Word, Power Point). Strong working knowledge of VBA, Python and SQL.Values matter to you.
