Cette équipe est l’un des principaux points de référence pour l’estimation au Québec.Ce que vous ferez ici :

• Analyser et traiter les différentes demandes d’assistance ;
• Dans un environnement d’équipe, travailler en étroite collaboration avec les estimateurs en charge des dossiers ;
• Répondre aux appels des carrossiers et des experts en sinistres afin d’assurer le bon déroulement de nos processus ;
• Contacter certains fournisseurs pour valider certaines informations et certains prix ;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes selon les besoins opérationnels.

Ce que vous apportez à la table :

• DEC (un atout) ou autre niveau de scolarité jugé équivalent ;
• Au moins 2 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle de soutien administratif ;
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de prise de décision ;
• Solides compétences interpersonnelles et esprit d’équipe ;
• Excellentes compétences en communication ;
• L’intégrité, la confidentialité et la responsabilisation ;
• Forte capacité à gérer les priorités ;
• Autonomie et initiative ;
• Capacité à travailler sous pression, à respecter les délais et à s’adapter au changement ;
• Bilinguisme (français / anglais) – Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
• Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
• Connaissance de l’industrie automobile (un atout).
