Job Description: Job Description:Our client in Calgary is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead their Accounts Payable team in efficiently managing daily invoice and payment tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in Accounts Payable, and proficiency in JDE, PDI, Concur, Service Now, and MS Excel. This is a contract position.Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Accounts Payable professionals on daily invoice/payment tasks.
• Review and improve training documents and processes for the team.
• Oversee and manage payment runs to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle escalated issues and provide resolutions promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements as needed.
• Ad-hoc duties as requested.

Requirements:Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in JDE, PDI, Concur, and Service Now
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
• Available to start immediately.
