In this Accounts Payable Specialist role in Toronto, you will be responsible for the following:
– Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts
– Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
– Maintain accurate and organized financial records
– Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
– Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
– Assist with month-end closing processes and audits
– Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
– Prepare and process expense reportsQualifications
In this Accounts Payable Clerk role in Toronto, you will be required to have the following:
– Minimum 1 year of experience processing full-cycle AP.
– Experience with journal entries is an asset
– Experience using Great Plains is also an asset
– Requires critical thinking and an analytical mindset.Summary
