Work Week: Hybrid – 2 days from homeOur client, a well-established manufacturer in Saint-Laurent, is seeking a skilled Accounting Technician to join their team. – Manage fixed assets and prepaid schedules.
– Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
– Assist with daily operations, month-end, year-end, and audits.
– Prepare and analyze monthly commission reports.
– Support problem-solving for accounts receivable and payable.
– Help with monthly and annual financial statements.
– Assist in sales tax filings.
– Assess internal controls and conduct risk reviews.
– Perform variance analysis on financial statements.
– Recommend improvements to accounting systems and processesWhat We’re Looking For:– At least 3 years of professional accounting experience.
– CPA accounting designation is an asset.
– Experience with ERP systems.
