Job Description: Your responsibilities:
– Perform complete bookkeeping for several companies;
– Record daily transactions;
– Make accounts payable payments;
– Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations;
– Verify accounts receivable and cash receipts;
– Inter-company transactions;
– Manage the entire payroll process;
– Participate in month-ends and year-ends according to deadlines;
– Analyze monthly budget reports and financial statements;
– Monitor progress towards financial and accounting objectives;
– Review and continuously improve accounting processes;
– Other related dutiesYour profile:
– 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
– DEC in accounting or equivalent diploma;
– Mastery of accounting software and Excel;
– Excellent analytical skills;
– Accuracy and attention to detail; Autonomous;
– Respect for confidentiality;
– Ability to prioritize work;
