The IPH Group is committed to promoting and maintaining a workplace culture of shared respect across companies to enable us all to feel valued and be the best we can be.The Opportunity.We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our national Finance team in Toronto.The successful candidate will be a great team player who is detail-oriented, organized, has the ability to multitask and doesn’t mind repetitive duties.Responsibilities.

  • Process and apply daily cash receipts
  • Reconcile and resolve unapplied cash amounts
  • Assist with full-cycle trust accounting and reporting
  • Liaise with internal clients regarding Trust enquiries and reconciliations
  • Other duties necessary to support the Finance team, as assigned

Qualifications, competencies and experience.

  • College Diploma or University degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 years’ of experience in a clerical accounting role in professional services environment
  • Experience in Aderant or similar accounting system is an asset
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and proactive
