The primary objective of this role is to find, grow, develop, and obtain sales from new and existing clients and place our IT consultants in long-term contracts. As this is an entry-level role, our Sales Development Program will provide you with exposure to the tools, training, and hands-on experience needed to become an effective and successful salesperson.While we do not believe in 360 recruiting and selling, we do believe that someone who demonstrates success in fundamental recruitment skills builds a good base to utilize for success in the sales arena. Therefore, our successful candidates will start in a recruitment capacity and then progress on to a sales role once they have demonstrated recruiting proficiency.
