A person with drive, passion and energy to create something great! As an Account Executive, you will:

• Lead and contribute for the duration of any project.
• Resource creative and production support as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Develop and present material to internal teams and clients.
• Anticipating client needs before and reviewing any potential barriers with the project or client lead, proactively offering solutions.
• Taking an active role in the planning process by contributing to the project brief (positioning, benefits, etc.) and being a source of relevant information.
• Be comfortable with managing timelines and budgets.
• Ensure efficient completion of all client projects.
• Have experience working across integrated channels including TV, radio, digital, social and print.
• Be proactive and demonstrate a genuine sense of responsibility for the success of the client and agency team.
• Have the ability to work in a hybrid environment – 3 days in-office

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of advertising experience in an accounts role
• Strong project management and project coordination/execution skills.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to work in a very fast-paced environment with quick turnaround and tight deadlines.
• Detailed, organized and with a strong sense of urgency.
• Solutions-oriented and a true team player.
• Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives

Salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 CAD annually depending on experience.What’s in it for you:We value the ‘whole you’
