Job Description: We have a great CONTROLLER opportunity with a rapidly growing, PE owned manufacturing organization for a division in TORONTO, CANADA.Due to a recent acquisition, this is an urgent hiring need! We are looking for a Finance leader that has experience within a MANUFACTURING environment. This role offers “high visibility” to Corporate HQ in the US and career growth / advancement plan is expected!

• You will manage a small team and report to the Site GM and PE firms CFO.
• You will plan and manage all accounting requirements for this site.
• Cost accounting and financial management needs dealing with inventory, scrap materials, machining, metals and the like.
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) experience
• Month end closeout, budgets, financial forecasting, statistical reports, audits, tax activities, etc.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Degree in Finance (CPA a plus)

Any experience with an ERP rollout / implementation is a PLUSOFFERING: Base salary + ~15% bonus + private insurance + great career growth plan
