Job Description: Job Description:Robert Half is currently representing a dynamic and high-performing organization seeking to hire a dedicated and organized Collections Specialist.Responsibilities:

• Track and reconcile outstanding accounts from past due amounts
• Analyze client accounts and determine appropriate collection action
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries related to billing and collections
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Sales Departments to reconcile discrepancies
• Cheque runs
• Handling EFT and credit card payments
• Prepare reports detailing collection activities and progress
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Collections Specialist
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
