Job Description: Bilingual Customer ServiceDetails:Contract to start – Temporary to permanent depending on performance and company needs
Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 8am to 8pm
3 weeks of mandatory training
Location: Ottawa – fully on-site
Hourly pay: $20.50/hourWe are looking for highly talented Customer Service Agents who will serve as the first point of contact. Qualifications:

• Bilingual in French/English
• Professional, self-starter with the ability to assume additional responsibilities and work flexible hours as required
• Previous experience in a customer support role through a contact center is an asset
• Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously, i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chat
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Superior customer service skills and orientation
