You will join a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organization’s digital transformation. You will be responsible for the software development lifecycle of the solutions you develop in the Microsoft ecosystem to meet CIMA+’s business needs.Primary Responsibilities

• Modernize and evolve current software development methodology and standards, meet with users to define, clarify and document their needs
• Analyze, document, develop, test, release, maintain and support software solutions that meet the organization’s business needs
• Perform programming with your team members daily and participate in operations support
• Take charge of the complete delivery of software solutions
• Recommend improvements to applications, submit new ideas inspired by market trends, and explore new technological tools to advance our systems
• Follow industry best practices for documentation, source code management (CI/CD), testing, etc., while keeping abreast of new developments and best practices in the Microsoft ecosystem

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a Microsoft ecosystem, including functional analysis, software development (.NET, Python) and source code management, DevOps practices (CI/CD), etc.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power BI, ASP.Net, etc.)
• Ability to analyze and propose technological solutions to meet business needs
• Mastery of data manipulation and databases (MS SQL), concern for the quality of deliverables
• Passion for teamwork and autonomy
• Fluency in spoken and written French
