Le travail que nous accomplissons ici est primordial.Department Overview The Global Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all strategic marketing and product marketing programs across the globe to drive product awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees the global product marketing strategy for the video, access control and analytics portfolio, develops the messaging and go-to-market strategy for the VS&A business, creates and drives marketing programs and campaigns aimed to generate leads and builds brand awareness among target audiences, including system integrators, end-users and consultants.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Content Development Manager to join our team, with a focus on our IPVideo and Halo Detect brands. You will work with the Marketing Team to build and maintain a comprehensive content strategy that improves market awareness, communicating our value to our channel partners and customers via content creation, storytelling, and optimization. Using a collaborative approach, you will work across sales, product management, and marketing teams to develop sales enablement and demand generation tools, including but not limited to web pages, blogs, email campaigns, datasheets, video scripts, ad copy, and case studies.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of a content strategy aligned with business objectives, creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives organic growthOptimize new and existing content to align with SEO standardsWork cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to identify topics of value that engage customers, boost brand awareness, and increase website trafficResearch, generate, and edit industry and product-specific copy to be used in a variety of sales and marketing assets, including emails, websites, datasheets etc.Act as a subject matter expert and content reviewer for the pieces and concepts createdRecommend changes in content based on market input and corporate initiativesEnsure creative marketing materials adhere to brand guidelinesAttend marketing events, team meetings, and functions as requiredQualifications:Bachelor’s degree3+ years of content marketing experienceKnowledge of inbound marketing and SEO best practicesFamiliarity with HubSpot, search-engine optimization tools, and Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with content management systems such as WordPressExperience interviewing customers/internal teams for case studies, success stories or related projectsPrior professional experience in content marketing or other B2B-focused marketing rolesThe base salary range for this role is $80,000-90,000 per year.#LI-MM1#LI-REMOTEBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree3+ years of content marketing experienceTravel Requirements Under 10%Relocation Provided NonePosition Type ExperiencedReferral Payment Plan YesEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
