This includes working with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, documenting requirements, and prioritizing them.Develop and maintain business process documentation: The business analyst creates and maintains documentation of business processes, procedures, and workflows. This documentation can be used to identify areas for improvement and to communicate changes to stakeholders.Identify and recommend solutions: The business analyst analyzes information gathered from stakeholders to identify and recommend solutions to business problems. This includes evaluating options, developing business cases, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.Facilitate communication: The business analyst facilitates communication between different groups of stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors. This includes clarifying business requirements, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.Support project management: The business analyst supports project management by developing project plans, tracking project progress, and identifying risks and issues.Conduct data analysis: The business analyst performs data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions.Provide training and support: The business analyst may be responsible for providing training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, or procedures. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
