What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounting Supervisor

• Lead a team of four, overseeing all revenue transactions, payment processing, and invoicing
• Become the subject matter expert with the CRM to ensure accurate revenue tracking
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, including government funding agreements and external payments
• Manage receivables and reconcile revenue monthly and annually
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Assist in budgeting and year-end processes, ensuring all revenue systems are efficient and accurate

About You as the Accounting Supervisor

• Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accounting) or equivalent education and experience
• Experience supervising and leading teams, with a passion for developing others
• Expertise in CRM or revenue systems; knowledge of Great Plains
• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of accounting software, including GAAP principles
• Skilled in analyzing receivables and overseeing complex financial reporting processes
