Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Conduct consultations via Zoom with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend customized benefit solutions tailored to their life stages.
• Trust Building: Foster deep connections with clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their benefit selections, and providing follow-up support as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly update your knowledge of new financial products and industry advancements to better serve your clients and stay ahead in the field.

What You Bring:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, whether in sales, hospitality, or service industries. You’re skilled in building rapport and creating lasting relationships.
• Positive Mindset: You approach challenges with a can-do attitude and are open to learning and refining your approach through mentorship and feedback.
• Effective Communicator: You have a natural ability to convey information in a clear, friendly, and professional manner, making complex decisions easier for clients.
