Job Description: End User Support TechnicianResponsibilities:

  • Manage support requests from users through phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Document user information and details of their issues.
  • Prioritize and coordinate support requests, escalating as needed.
  • Track and document all steps in the support and resolution process.
  • Utilize online resources to aid in problem resolution.

Must have knowledge and experience:

  • Expertise in Dell and VMware products.
  • Experience in incident response.
  • Security background.
  • Ability to travel to client locations on short notice.
