If you excel at customer service, have a passion for client care, and a love for animals, we are excited to welcome you to our team!What is your roleThe role of the Client Care Specialist (CCS) is to strengthen the client, animal, and veterinary bond through exceptional client service and education. Your role is vital to the success of our hospital! You are the first point of contact and have the ability to leave a lasting impression building trust and loyalty with our clients. Your responsibility is to enhance the client’s experience by coordinating between the clients and members of the medical team.
