– Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
– Taking customer donations and processing it
– Receiving calls from people that were impacted by the wildfires and submitting aid applications
– Empathize with the callers and provide them with an exceptional customer service
– Data entry and accurately updating caller profiles
– Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may haveQualifications
– 2+ years of customer service experience – You know how to keep customers happy!
– Top-notch communication skills – You can chat with anyone, anytime.
– Tech-savvy – You’re comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
