Job Description: Actalent is looking to hire a PROJECT MANAGER for Industrial/Facility related projects located in Montreal, Qc.Description:The Project Manager will be joining the team that handles projects related to delivery of specific aircrafts. The projects range from small to large and more complex. Example of projects are: Cadence acceleration/Takt Time, production support, acquisitions, changes, assembly stations, offices/layout for the plant. The main responsibilities of the project manager is to follow budgets, meet deliverables, communicate with engineering, requirements of clients, presentations with management/directors to sell projects and/or give updates.FRENCH:

• Établir les besoins des divers secteurs de l’usine en termes d’aménagement ou d’infrastructures.

• Présenter les projets aux entités internes et communiquer leurs avancements.

• Développer et choisir des solutions novatrices tout en respectant les besoins des clients.

• Respecter les règles en termes de santé, sécurité et environnement et intervenir aux besoins.

• Assurer que les livrables soient conformes aux plans et devis et respecter les échéanciers.

• Planifier plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant les enjeux et contraintes des opérations.

• Gérer les travaux sous votre responsabilité (SSE, Qualité, etc.) en assurant un suivi constant des entrepreneurs externes.

• Respecter les budgets et informer lorsque requis les gestionnaires de tous coûts excédentaires reliés au projet.

ENGLISH:– Establish the needs of the various plant sectors in terms of layout or infrastructure.– Present projects to internal entities and communicate their progress.– Develop and select innovative solutions while respecting customer needs.– Respect health, safety and environmental regulations and intervene as required.– Ensure that deliverables comply with plans and specifications, and meet deadlines.– Plan several projects simultaneously while respecting operational issues and constraints.– Manage the work under your responsibility (HSE, Quality, etc.) by ensuring constant monitoring of external contractors.– Respect budgets and inform management of any excess costs related to the project.Skills & Qualifications:You have a technical college diploma and/or equivalent experienceYou have 2 to 10 years’ experience in manufacturing and aeronautics; knowledge of aircraft structure, systems and interior finishing will be considered an assetYou are an excellent team player, with a reputation for perseverance and sound judgmentYou are innovative and have good decision-making skillsYou are customer-oriented and have good interpersonal skillsYou have good organizational, planning and problem-solving skillYou are comfortable working with multidisciplinary teamsYou have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, an in-depth knowledge of the SAP environment, as well as knowledge of PowerBI and SQLAdditional Information:Work Environment: This role is on-sitePay Rate: Dependent on experience and qualifications**The candidate must be eligible to work in Canada**Personnel Placement Agency Permit Number : AP-2000486À propos d’Actalent:Actalent est un chef de file mondial des services d’ingénierie et de sciences et des solutions de talents.
