This growing team is looking for someone who has at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar role.Tasks will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Processing contract amendments and contract awards
  • Preparing Consulting Agreements based on an existing agreement template and by extracting relevant information from contractual documents.
  • Reviewing and negotiating NDAs.
  • Creating and populating contract records in Sales Force by reviewing contracts to extract relevant information.
  • Serving as a point of contact for staff and management with requests regarding contracts.
  • Providing contract support for proposals.
  • Creating and sending PO or contract award acknowledgements.
  • Requesting certificates of insurance based on requirements listed in the contracts.
  • Tracking recurring contract obligations.
  • Performing contract administration tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience working with contracts and performing contract-related tasks.
  • A University degree in law, criminology, political science or relevant discipline or Law Clerk/ Paralegal diploma
  • Must be eligible for the Secret level government clearance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of work.
  • Ability to read complex documents and document packages.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Word/PDF and basic Excel skills needed.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Available to work in hybrid mode.
  • Must hold a valid Secret Level 2 clearance
