Job Description: Technical Assistance CoordinatorResponsibilities:
- Field technical support requests from users via phone and email, providing prompt assistance.
- Record user details and problem descriptions accurately.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Document the support process, including all decisions and actions taken.
- Access and utilize online resources for software and driver updates.
Must have knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of Dell and VMware products.
- Incident response experience.
- Background in security.
- Ability to travel to client locations as required.
