Job Description: Job Description:Our North Shore client is looking to hire a Payroll and Benefits Administrator (18 Month Contract) for the growing organization. The role is hybrid – three days in office and two days working from home.Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be responsible, as a team processing a semi-monthly, multi-provincial payroll for a total of 400+ employees. In addition to payroll processing responsibilities, the Payroll and Benefits Specialist will be also be responsible for commissions calculations and benefits administration including enrollments and terminations as well as other ad hoc duties as assigned.Requirements:The ideal Payroll and Benefits Specialist will have 3+ years of experience with full cycle payroll. The Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist candidate MUST have full cycle payroll experience. Experience working with a Payroll provider platform (ADP, Ceridian, Avanti, UltiPro, etc.) is a definite asset and all candidates must be in possession of or pursuing their PCP designation.
