As a CRO, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!We provide people with growth opportunities. 30% of our frontline employees are promoted to become part of our operation teams.What’s in it for you?This position starts at $21/hr & comprehensive health benefitsUniform provided free of chargeOpportunities to grow alongside GardaWorldContinuing education through GardaWorld Campus AcademyEmployee discounted gym membershipsWhat does a CRO in Calgary do?Monitor security systems, intrusion alarm, CCTV, audio communication, building automation, environmental and fire, life, and safety systems.Alarm responses on siteAccess Control- create tickets for access as requested, request vendor unlocks, badges for vendors and visitors to control accessCommunicate with building occupants during emergencies and with local police, fire, and emergency personnel regarding on-site emergencies.Provide clear and concise documentation of all incidents through available logsPerform audits and inspections of services and personnel, ensuring client requirements are met.Qualifications to become a CRO in CalgaryValid Alberta security guard license and first aid cardThis position is a full time position and I have both day and night shift availableMust be living in Canada for minimum of five years to qualify for reliability clearance status check1 year of experience in security minimum1 year of experience in dispatch/ control centre minimumTeam lead experience is considered an asset.SSCAL
