About you / qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months’ work experience in an administrative setting
  • Previous experience in a similar position within a mortgage or loan administration department would be an asset
  • Good financial acumen with experience in a financial institution preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team
  • Works well under pressure and with tight deadlines and is able to prioritize tasks in a changing environment
  • Fluency in French is an asset

What the role entails

  • Day to day office admin
  • Data entry
  • Handling of boxes (Scanning, Filing.)
  • Locating documents for information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work well in a team and have confidence dealing with people and addressing issues.
  • Sound problem-solving skills, and concise attention to detail and the tenacity to complete the task properly.
