Job Description: Hey future family helper!! 🙂 We are a super busy family, with WAY too much on the go, we NEED HELP!! We have 3 kids – but 2 are teenagers so they don’t really need help. Our youngest is 22 month old high energy toddler boy. He’s busy, crazy smart and loves the outdoors and never stops talking. He needs a companion for his daily adventure. I am running a company that is fairly hands on but scheduling is flexible so he’s been coming to work with me since he was a baby. Lately he spends his days with one of “his friends” that works at my business, so he’s extremely socialized with adults. But as our company expands, we are getting too busy and he is getting too needy for us to watch him here anymore lol We don’t have a fixed schedule of what we are looking for and can likely be fairly flexible. Full time hours available for the right person. The best fit for us is someone that is very outgoing and loves playing outside! Not afraid to get dirty or play on the ground or splash in puddles for example!! Our son is very high energy and doesn’t sit still for long….so he’s not the easiest sometimes, full disclosure. But he’s super smart and fun! So its worth the extra work (in my incredibly bias opinion!) Ideally looking for someone that can speak French to him – half of our family is in Quebec and we’d love to get him more fluent to be able to communicate with his grandparents!
