Each employee is a part of what makes us unique on the market: agile and dedicated.Time Type: RegularJob Description :KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Coach and influence change to increase the flow of valuable outcomes through Squads and Crews;Partner with Product Owners and Crew leadership to enable the adoption of Agile principles, practices, methods and mindset and assist in continuously improving ways of working;Surface systemic organizational issues and challenges impacting Crews / Squads and smooth flow of work at sustainable pace;Build Agile capability for individuals, Squads and Crews through coaching, teaching, training, mentoring and advising;Influence leadership at all levels and other stakeholders to drive the culture change required to embed agility;Embeds ways of working and thinking across Squads and Crews focused on putting the customer at the center of delivery;Coaches Crew leadership and Product Owners in creating a shared understanding of our customers’ lived experience.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:Communicate effectively to help create shared understanding;Influence and persuade others to create the space for change;Role model empathy and trust to help foster coaching relationships;Be curious without judgment or bias;Growth mindset and role modeling this for others;Comfortable working in complexity and uncertainty;Helping surface and help resolve complex organizational impediments.WORK EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC);5-7 years of experience working in an Agile environment, with at least 2-3 years of experience as an Agile Coach;Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean at an organizational level;Experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams and working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership to facilitate Agile transformations;Hands-on experience in leading Agile adoption across different departments, preferably in telecommunications, media, technology, or a similar industry;Strong experience in change management and guiding teams through large-scale organizational shifts;Knowledge or experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence is highly preferred.#LI-HybridLocation : Montréal, QCCompany : Cogeco Connexion IncAt Cogeco, we know that different backgrounds, perspectives, and beliefs can bring critical value to our business.
