Job Description: DescriptionOur Langley based client is seeking a permanent full time Senior Customer Service Representative to join the team.**Competitive salary ranging from $50,000-65,000**Langley, in-officeAs a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to customers while serving as a point of escalation for complex inquiries. You will work closely with your team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members and providing guidance to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to customers through phone, email, and chat support.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations, providing effective resolutions.
- Mentor and support junior Customer Service Representatives, sharing best practices and providing training.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in preparing reports on team performance, customer feedback, and trends.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals.
The Successful Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a senior or specialized position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to mentor and support team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
