Job Description: Job Description:The HR Business Partner (HRBP) identifies and addresses business challenges for their client groups by collaborating with HR teams. They serve as a primary contact, partnering closely with senior leaders to enhance operations through HR strategies. Building strong internal relationships, particularly with executives, they provide valuable advice and feedback while upholding FLINT’s core values and ethical standards.What would you be doing?
- Organizational Design and Effectiveness
- Structure reviews and job evaluations
- Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Competency Review and Recommendations
- Performance Management (Goal Setting)
- Support recruitment and resourcing for salaried and leadership positions
- HR policies and programs
Does this sound like you?
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, including provincial legislation, Human Rights, OH&S and WCB in multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with team members and operational client groups.
- Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, having a high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Possess personal leadership and strong change management skills.
- Knowledge of and commitment to continuous learning of organizational design.
- Excellent business acumen skills to provide a superior customer service to internal client groups.
- Bachelor’s Degree or a related diploma is required.
- CPHR designation or working towards it is preferred.
- A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Human Resources.
