Job Description: Marketing SpecialistOur client is searching for a talented and energetic Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role will play a key part in capturing the essence of our job sites, projects, and people through visual content, and assisting with the creation of engaging social media posts and graphic design projects.As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases our projects, teams, and brand. You will have the opportunity to take on a variety of tasks, including photography, videography, social media content creation, and graphic design work. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Photography & Videography:

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of job sites, projects, and staff for use in marketing materials, social media, and other platforms.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and accurately represents our work.
• Maintain and organize digital media files, ensuring easy access and retrievability.
• Use drones, if applicable, to capture aerial footage of job sites.

Social Media Content Creation:

• Create engaging social media posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Assist in developing social media strategies and campaigns that increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Monitor trends and adapt content to align with current social media best practices.

Graphic Design Assistance:

• Assist various teams in creating visual content for projects including banners, brochures, email campaigns, and other digital and print marketing materials.
• Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create branded content that aligns with our messaging and goals.

Your strengths include:

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and photo/video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating compelling posts.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and experience creating visuals for marketing purposes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A creative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Experience using drones for photography and videography is an asset (certification is a plus).
• Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing trends is an asset.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation is an asset.
