As the Manager, Corporate Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative and integrated corporate brand activations to life, while delivering on brand and business objectives. • Develop marketing plans in support of Corporate Brand priorities, such as Recruitment and Employer Brand campaigns
• Monitor and evaluate Corporate Brand results, market landscape research and competitor activities
• Manage the calendar, priorities and briefs for Corporate Brand activations
• Partner with marketing channels and creative to drive an integrated approach from development through to execution
• Partner with go to market to drive timing, treatment and bring Corporate Brand activations to life

THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Manager, Corporate Brand Marketing has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Brand Marketing
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $100,000–$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
