Emphasis will be placed on research application to urban design, and the use of computer-generated images for design and presentation purposes.Estimate of course enrollment: 15Estimate of TA Support: 25Class Schedule: Mondays, 12:00pm to 3:00pm and Wednesdays, 2:00pm to 5:00pmSessional dates of appointment: January 1, 2025 – April 30, 2025Salary: Sessional Lecturer I – $9,457.89. Sessional Lecturer I Long-term – $9,930.79. Sessional Lecturer II – $10,121.76. Sessional Lecturer II Long-term – $10,326.61; Sessional Lecturer III – $10,362.76; Sessional Lecturer III Long-term – $10,570.01Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail.Minimum Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Geography, Planning or a related field is required.Preferred Qualifications: Previous university level experience as a sole or co-instructor preferred. Completion of a professional development course on teaching preferred. Previous graduate level university teaching strongly preferred.
