Job Description: Job description and requirements[Organization Development and Change Management Partner]Create value at TC TranscontinentalAt TC Transcontinental, we’ve got it made, and that’s because of the expertise of our team.We are currently looking for an OD & Change Management Partner who Develops and implements OD project plans, tools, and deliverables to maximize business and people success including risk assessment, communications, stakeholder engagement, coordination, and evaluation. Serves as a champion and subject-matter expert for the use of change management best practices across the organization.When your actions lead to success.
- Manages a variety of OD projects to support business priorities by leading cross-functional teams and implementing sound change management practices. (career paths, competency models, skill development plans, reorganization support, integrations)
- Coordinates employee engagement and pulse surveys, analyzes data and presents findings to leadership. Works with stakeholders to develop and implement action plans for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with HR Business partners and other members of the Centers of Expertise to develop wholistic action plans.
- Develops and implements change management plan for assigned projects, including risk/impact/user readiness assessment, mitigation strategies, roadmap, communication plan, stakeholder engagement plan, and integration with overall project plan.
- Engages, coaches and guides key stakeholders (e.g. executive sponsors, change champions) to lead and support adoption of the change.
- With the support of Internal Communication Team, supports the development and implementation of a communication plan to build awareness, understanding, and buy-in of the change / initiative.
- Supports stakeholders to adapt to the change, through implementation of activities such as training and building change resiliency initiatives.
- Coordinates logistics, training, and project management of other components of the OD project.
- Evaluates and reports on change adoption, project success, business benefits, and other identified metrics.
- Stays updated on change management best practices and shares across the organization.
When your expertise drives us.
- Degree in human resources, organizational management or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in organizational development, change management or human resources.
- Change Management or Project Management certification (i.e. Prosci) is an asset
- Fluency in English and French required. Spanish would be an asset.
- Project management certification would be an asset.
- Strong skills with MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
