If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the beauty industry, and has a talent for storytelling that connects with people, we want you!About You:– You have a knack for understanding beauty trends and can translate them into compelling marketing strategies.– You’re an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally, and can adapt your style to match their warm, personal, and professional tone.– You’re creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy analyzing the results of your strategies to drive improvements.– You’re a go-getter who enjoys collaborating with a team but can also take the initiative and run with projects independently.Responsibilities:– Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising to build brand awareness and drive sales.– Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing materials.– Organize and manage marketing events, product launches, and promotions.– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.– Manage content creation, from concept through to production, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and vision.– Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.– 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industries.– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management software).– Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.– Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Our client offers a vibrant workplace culture, opportunities for development and advancement, and the chance to make a real impact in the beauty industry.
