Job Description: Job Description:The Cyber & Data Resilience team is looking for a Marketing Manager to help deliver integrated campaigns that accelerate our growth in North America. In this role, you’ll join the Global marketing team and help adapt the global marketing strategy to fit regional needs within campaign budgets and working with sales and product teams to ensure that marketing strengthens our brand and drive meaningful results.Successful candidates bring a passion for learning, a hands-on attitude, as well as a mix of cybersecurity, data privacy, and legal marketing in a B2B environment to deliver impactful results across a wide variety of tactics and channels. This candidate will develop a strong understanding of our business, our stakeholders and of the platforms, channels, and approaches that will enable our campaigns to effectively reach and engage target audiences.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:In this role you will work closely with the regional and global marketing teams, our sales team, our cyber experts, other Kroll practices and key partners to help build a regional event calendar, demand generation campaigns inclusive of field marketing elements, and sales enablement materials according to regional needs. You’ll help improve our tradeshow presence; create unique hosted events and experiences; develop regional webinars; all to generate demand for our services, strengthen the Kroll brand, provide value to clients and prospects and demonstrable ROI. This role is Hybrid from our office located in World Trade Center.Here’s a look at some of the projects you’ll be involved in:

  • Work with marketing, sales, and global product leaders to help deliver an event and field marketing strategy based on business and account objectives; helping to meet objectives based on the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), customer advocacy, account engagement, and other key performance indicators
  • Work with strategic partners to help devise and orchestrate joint events
  • Help to identify new, creative ways to engage our clients and partners through experiential events
  • Coordinate a calendar of online webinars, working with sales and product leaders, that generates new leads, demonstrates thought-leadership and reinforces key product and brand messaging
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral working closely with client-facing, creative and communications teams; draft new and edit existing website content
  • Manage conferences, sponsorships and hosted events, including communications, branding, content, on the ground support and measurement
  • Help project manage, copyedit and oversee publication of client newsletters, articles and reports
  • Track speaking engagements, PR, webinars, and panels in a centralized location to promote cross-sell efforts
  • Research and validate marketing investments (conferences, awards, joint thought leadership efforts, etc.); stay abreast of the market landscape and trends
  • Co-ordinate email, social and online marketing to promote our in-person and online event calendar
  • Oversee event-related logistics, including but not limited to ordering and tracking event inventory such as booth materials, collateral, giveaways, etc.
  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL/SQL metrics using CRM, email marketing, project management, and similar systems
  • Travel frequently – up to 25 percent of your time may be spent traveling to and at events

Essential Traits:

  • 4+ years prior work experience in B2B, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector, or a similar area
  • Proven experience carrying out event and field marketing efforts, including trade show and conference planning, attendance, and tracking efforts to business outcomes
  • A demonstrable track record of delivering high-quality and engaging online events and webinars
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of familiarity with digital marketing tactics
  • Highly organised with an ability to co-ordinate multiple projects, resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Energy and drive coupled with the ability to establish rapport and confidence with internal stakeholders and partners
  • The ability to generate creative ideas and facilitate ongoing process improvement
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Salesforce.com), marketing automation platforms, webinar and online delivery platforms and event management tools
  • Ability to travel for work, including to conferences, internal meetings, and to partner and/or client sites

Preferred Skills:

  • You understand digital marketing and are excited by the impact of traditional channels
  • You work well under pressure and can prioritize and triage competing projects
  • You’re the go-to at the office for help with PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets
  • An understanding of cybersecurity services and solutions, marketplace, and competitive landscape
  • A history of working for rapid growth firms, ideally in the technology sector
